쉬어가다

바쁜 일상 속, 잠시 멈춰 서서 드넓은 하늘을 올려다보고, 다양한 형태의 구름을 보며 마음의 평화를 느낄수 있기를 바랍니다. 이곳, 하늘과 구름, 산, 그리고 푸르른 잔디 위의 어우러진 풍경 속에서 여러분의 지친 마음이 '쉬어갈' 수 있는 수채화 개인전으로 초대합니다.

쨍한 햇살 아래 빛나는 푸른 잔디, 붉게 물드는 노을 아래 고요한 그린, 안개 자욱한 새벽녘의 신비로운 풍경까지, 시시각각 변하는 하늘과 구름, 그리고 묵묵히 자리를 지키는 산의 모습을 통해 우리는 자연이 선사하는 위로와 휴식을 발견할 수 있습니다.

작품들은 단순히 골프 경기의 역동성을 담기보다는, 드넓은 자연 속에서 마주하는 평온함과 사색의 순간들을 포착하는 데 중점을 두었습니다. 한 폭의 그림 속에서 바람 소리를 듣고, 구름의 움직임을 느끼며, 산의 웅장함에 압도당하는 동시에, 잠시나마 모든 것을 잊고 온전히 자연 속에 녹아드는 시간을 경험하시길 바랍니다.

골프를 사랑하는 분들에게는 익숙한 풍경 속에서 새로운 감동과 위안을, 골프를 접해보지 않은 분들에게는 자연의 아름다움과 그 속에서 얻을 수 있는 평온함을 선사할 것입니다. 이 전시가 여러분의 마음에 잔잔한 여운을 남기고, 잠시나마 모든 것을 내려놓고 '쉬어갈' 수 있는 작은 쉼터가 되기를 바랍니다.

Artist's Statement – Kim Minseong's 3rd Solo Exhibition

In the midst of our busy daily lives, I hope this exhibition offers a moment to pause—to look up at the vast sky, to find peace in the ever-changing shapes of clouds. Through these landscapes of sky, clouds, mountains, and lush green fields, I warmly invite you to take a breath and find rest for your weary heart in this watercolor exhibition.

From the radiant green grass beneath the bright sun, to the tranquil greens bathed in the red hues of sunset, to the mystical scenes of early morning fog—this collection captures the shifting sky, the drifting clouds, and the steadfast presence of mountains. It is through these elements of nature that we can discover solace and serenity.

Rather than focusing on the intensity or dynamism of golf itself, these works emphasize the quiet moments of reflection found within the vastness of nature. Within each painting, I invite you to hear the whisper of the wind, feel the movement of the clouds, and be humbled by the grandeur of the mountains. I hope you can immerse yourself fully in nature and momentarily forget everything else.

For those who love golf, these familiar landscapes may bring new comfort and inspiration. For those unacquainted with the sport, I hope to share the beauty of nature and the calm it can offer. May this exhibition leave a gentle impression on your heart, and become a small sanctuary where you can set everything aside—and simply pause.
